LAURA C
Practice Manager
Since becoming part of the Antioch family, Laura has worn many hats. Starting out as a kennel attendant in 2009, she worked her way up to a veterinary assistant and then earned her RVT from Maple Woods Veterinary Technology in 2012, eventually becoming lead RVT in 2019. Laura now supports the Antioch team as Practice Manager, a role she values for so many reasons. Her hardworking and empathetic nature has shown to be a true asset to team members, clients, and patients alike.
Laura most values the Antioch team culture. Featuring more of a family feel than coworkers, she enjoys passing along that sentiment to patients and clients, knowing them by name as they walk through the doors. This is especially true for the patients they’ve come to know, love, and care for most of their lives.
When Laura’s not at the clinic, you can find her caring for her rottweiler named Lagertha, a boxer named Tonka, a giant schnauzer named Harlow, and six backyard chickens (Rizzo, Jolene, Willamena, Ruby, Daffodil, and Sunflower). She enjoys going on walks with her family, watching her children play sports, and reading in her downtime.
