Dr. Natalie Walters - Veterinarian

Natalie Walters

Born and raised in the Kansas City area, Dr. Walters is a proud graduate of the Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine, Class of 2026. Her passion for animals started at a young age, and she's always known veterinary medicine was her calling.

Dr. Walters has a special interest in exotic companion animals, pocket pets, and wildlife medicine. During veterinary school, she earned an Exotic Animal/Zoological Medicine Veterinary Certificate, worked with education animals at Sunset Zoo, and gained valuable experience in emergency medicine through K-State's Veterinary ER.

What Dr. Walters loves most about veterinary medicine is partnering with pet owners through education and teamwork to provide the best possible care for their pets—no matter the species.

When she's not at the hospital, you'll find her reading, spending time with family and friends, tending to her growing collection of houseplants, or visiting zoos while traveling. At home, she shares her life with Milo, a Chihuahua mix, and Fruit Loop, a feisty rescue kitten.

📣 Great news for exotic pet owners! Dr. Walters will be seeing a variety of exotic companion animals in addition to dogs and cats.
