Our Hospital
We are a full-service dog and cat animal hospital committed to providing compassionate and reliable care to the pets of the greater Kansas City community. Our team is committed to educating our clients in how to keep their pets healthy year-round with good nutrition, exercise, and proactive medical care.

Our Facility
We are located at 5200 NE Vivion Rd, Kansas City – right off the highway at I-35 and Vivion Road. Our facility is a standalone brick building with our name on the front – so you’ll know when you’ve arrived! When you step through our front doors, you’ll experience a warm and timeless atmosphere – where it’s more like visiting an old friend than a stuffy vet clinic.

What Makes Us Different?
We want you to leave feeling educated and empowered to offer the best life for your pet. We get to know clients on a personal level as our staff have all been part of our team for a long time.
We also offer specialized services such as in-depth radiology/ultrasonography, laser therapy and orthopedic surgeries by a board-certified surgeon.

Your First Appointment
When you check in with our up-front desk team, you will always be greeted by a friendly face! A member of our medical staff will then meet you in the lobby to escort you into an exam room where they will ask you a few questions.
One of our veterinarians will then examine your pet from nose to tail and address any concerns you may have. This is a great time to ask questions! We want you to be comfortable with everything we are doing and communicating. The veterinarian will offer you a plan tailored to your pet’s individual needs. We will provide education on the best options to keep your pet healthy and happy. We want you to feel knowledgeable about the condition of your pet.
Once the appointment has concluded, you will return to the lobby for one of our Customer Care Representatives to process your payment as well as schedule any follow-up appointments.
