New Client Form

"I love Dr hodges and all the staff. There use to be a very rude lady that worked the desk that would never get u in thst day even if it was an emergency. I brought it up to Dr hodges and told him I was forced to bring lulu to a different vet that day and I asked him if he could be the vet that I needed in emergency or not. I know my dog better than anyone else and know if it's an emergency or not. He promised me thst would never happen again and it's been 2 yrs and they have kept their promise so that will keep me loyal being able to count on them helping me that day not in 5 days means alot to me"
